""It had been 20 years waiting for another motorcycle since starting my family; a lifetime wait for a Harley. On my 49th birthday, it was time. My wife & I shopped for months to determine the right HD and knew January was the date. I called every HD dealer in FTW/DFW area and even visited a few on several occasions to have them look for me a pre-owned 08 RK classic. All were friendly, but then I called Dallas HD and spoke to Bridge. After telling every HD salesman in the world what I was looking for, Bridge answered the phone & was the first to ask me why. He kindly continued to ask me if I knew the different between the 08 & 09; which I didn't. To make a long story short, Bridge convinced me that the improvements in engineering versus the cost was worth me considering. I live in the Aledo/Weatherford area (70 miles away), so passing every HD dealership I had spoken to, I headed to the farthest away, Dallas HD. Bridge was waiting, and walked my wife & I through every question & consideration. Aaron was incredible in advising my exhaust options. We had a budget & even though I at first thought our numbers were way too far apart to ever make a deal, Bridge worked the magic. The cherry on the cake was when I found out that the parts department would put on my new exhaust while we waited! I was going to take my new HD home with me! What a great experience. I was glad to have met you last Friday when I came in to pick up my bike. I had some routine maintenance work done on my new (to me) 2003 Heritage. In addition to maintenance, I had your service department chrome out the front end, install Detonator wheels and new Dunlop tires along with rotors and assundry bolts and caps. The work done by your service department was top notch. It was completed on time and within the estimate given. I am very pleased. This is my first Harley and it was more than 30 years in the making. The main reason I felt comfortable with your dealership was because of Senior Service Advisor Michele Hearrean. Michele is unique in her field. She is a true professional; a most personable representative who listened to understand what I was looking to have done. She was knowledgeable and able to articulate suggestions and ideas in a way that helped me feel comfortable make decisions from the variety of options available. She called me by name, always had a smile, never pressured me, she was prompt with her estimates, she followed up when she said she would and her attitude was always positive, even when I vacillated on part of the upgrade. When the inspection turned up a leaking seal, Michele called to let me know and took time to explain the issue as well as the repair. Because of my experience, I will return for future work or upgrades (or a new bike!) and I will have no hesitation recommending your dealership to others. Thank you for the service you provided and I thank Michele for the experience. "

"On May 13, 2009, I bought my first Harley. After owning 5 bikes in my lifetime with the last being a 2001 Goldwing, I decided I wanted a Harley. I went into the dealership with the mindset that I knew what I wanted and that was a Heritage Softail Classic. I was met my a salesman named Bridge. After looking at the bikes, he asked about what kind of riding I would be doing and then introduced me to the Road King Classic. He went over the options and benefits of the touring chassis versus the softail and I was sold! Both bikes were priced the same so money was not the issue. Comfort, suspension, handling and pride was the bottom line for me. I agree with some of the other comments about how friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable all of the staff was at Dallas Harley from the salesman, parts, service, clothing and finance. What a great bunch of people who truly love their job and love to see a new Harley owner leave with their head held high and a smile on their face as they drive away on their new bike. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for the adventure of being a Harley owner."

"In Oct. 07 I found my self dealing with a mess of health problems where most people would have called it quits, but instead I bought a new Harley. It was not until Sept. 08 that I made my purchase (09 Nightster) but I truly think that if I had went else where that I would have left empty handed. I explained my health issues and what I was looking for in a bike with "Bridge" and he sold me the right bike, my first Harley. "In April my wife completed the Rider's Edge course and the next day I bought her a Sportster 1200L. While she does not ride that much, she enjoys owning her own bike. Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and friendly that when KZPS had their blood drive in June, I bought our second bike, a FLHTCUI in candy sunglo for me. I have been riding for over 40 years and I have not seen a better dealership for parts (Matt), service (Michelle), sales (everyone), clothing, (Pinky). Both purchases were low key and pleasant. I have put over 11,000 mile on the ultra and truly love riding it. Five stars does not seem enough when people treat, not just me and my wife, but everyone, this well. Customer for life."

"I bought a 2008 FLHX anniversary edition with the help of "Bridge". I contacted at least 6 other dealerships and yours was the easiest and best overall to work with considering I had a trade in. The bike was a little slow to start since it had been sitting a while and Bridge went ahead an put a new battery in it instead of sending it out the door as is,showed excellent concern and a level of honesty for the customer from the dealership. Bridge was also a big help in getting a replacement saddle bag lock ordered that did not work. All in all an excellent experience. Brett"

"Monday July 28th my husband and I took our bikes in for tire changes. We took them in on a trailer because the tires were very worn. Michele was great in service and the bikes were ready exactly when she said they would be. On the way home my bike fell over on the trailer. I didn't hit a bump, I was going slow, but the strap broke in half. Bad luck. We hurried back to the dealership, but it had closed. We live an hour a way and didn't want to try to take it home but we thought we didn't have much of a choice. Bethany from Sales happened to be in the parking lot. She had us follow her to her house, we put the bike in her garage, SHE FED US DINNER (delicious pasta by the way, thanks JR), and then today got the bike back to the dealership for us. The insurance company worked with Michele today and have already been to the delearship and they have completed the estimate. All I did today was make a couple of phone calls to the insurance company and the dealership. It is very traumatic to see your motorcycle in a twisted pile of metal but these ladies made it ALOT easier to handle. THANK YOU everyone at Dallas Harley-Davidson especially Bethany and Michele."

"On June 28th my son and I were out and about and decided to make a stop in the HD dealership. Needless to say we were BOTH very impressed with all the bikes we saw! Well, as everyone knows gas prices are getting way out of hand so I decided it was time to get a bike. At first I was a little intimidated by my lack of knowledge of the current bikes and didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I was introduced to Rob Kellick and without a doubt he made me feel VERY welcome in the store. We discussed pricing as well as warranties and such. As luck would have it was called Sunday to head to San Antonio for work, and wasn't able to make it back Monday night in time. After I got off work Wed night, I hauled my butt back up there and Rob and I looked around, and took me to a BEAUTIFUL 2008 Night Rod. We filled the credit application out, and it was still in a pending status. As we were waiting, Sandi in Motorclothes went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a helmet that would fit correctly and also affordable. Well, as I was driving home that night, I got a call from Rob and I was told I was approved! Needless to say I made a quick U-turn, and filled out all the paper work with the help of Alex in finance!My bike was delivered to me Thursday July 3rd!
Without a doubt, you guys are the greatest and have made me realize that are sales reps who care more about the sale, and appreciate the customer and treat them like a friend, not a walking wallet.
I think I may have to leave a sleeping bag there as I now have a new home away from home!!!

"Well I have to start by saying that the entire experience at Dallas Harley Davidson has been more than excellent. I had been shopping different bike shops in Texas but none of them welcomed me like you guys. Bridge greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. After I went on about the plain simple bike I wanted so that I could make my own changes he showed me a FXSTC they customized and asked me why do all the work when it was already done for me and it was right in front of me. I was SOLD. I also purchased the maintenance program and extended warranties being that I am buying this bike to ride and not to store in a garage to look at. I thank you so much for these benefits because I can ride without worries.
After signing the papers I went to get a helmet and Pinky gave me the low down on proper fitting helmets, jackets etc. That kind of info you just don’t get on a web page. The personal service is a plus too.
I also have to add that the service dept is outstanding. Kevin and Steve have helped me out on several occasions. Recently I damaged my front wheel and was unsafe to ride. The parts were not available at that time so I thought I would ride home and bring it back later. I was not allowed to ride off the lot and was offered a ride home.

"My name is Robert. I've always wanted a Harley, although I didn't feel I could afford one. I bought a Honda and drove it for a year. On my birthday, I was able to trade it in for a Sportster 883. It is so easy to ride, the shifting is so smooth. Turning corners is a breeze. As a newer rider, the bike I had previously had 850 miles on it and at trade in it was 1500 miles. I feel I'm going to max the miles out on this Harley. The staff made me really feel part of the Harley family. I bought my bike on May 17. The celebration with the bikini wash was magnificent!!! My boyfriend Matt has been around two wheels all of his life so when he came to me and said he was ready for a new motorcycle, the search began. We tried several different cycle shops but everywhere we went no one seemed to want to sell us a bike or even try to help us. While getting discouraged, Matt was suppose to be off work last Friday (5/2/08) he at the last minute got in and had to go to Garland. On his lunch break, he and a coworker stopped in to Dallas H-D. He called me and told me about the Springer Softtail and that he filled out a credit app, but he wasn’t going to get his hopes up. About 2 hours later, Bridge had called and said that he needed a co-signer but still could make it happen. So I called, gave Bridge my info and within another 2 hours we were headed to get our new Harley. Matt was so excited he could hardly stand it. Although there was a wait for our turn to sign papers, everyone in the store makes you feel at home and worthy of their time. You see, I have the most wonderful, caring, understanding man in the world and I thank you Dallas H-D for making his dream of owning a Harley come true because he sure deserves it. "I have been to a lot of Harley dealerships, and none of them have even come close to this one in all categories....from the time I walked in to the showroom until even now, when I bought more chrome parts for my NEW bike that I did buy from here.....I even drove way out of my way to purchase my bike...and I have been back there 3 or 4 times so far to purchase goodies for my NEW bike.....I live here in Lake Dallas just a stone's throw from another dealership and I still go to DALLAS HARLEY...... "I came in needing relief from my 14 mpg truck and promised myself 28 years ago - the last time I owned a bike - that the next time I'd get an HD. Bridge was my sales guy and he listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted and the experience I was looking for. Then he showed me the 2007 XL1200C w/ limited edition paint that I ended up buying! I love it! It only had 2400 miles and had all the bells and whistles I'd be wanting anyway. I won't be fully street legal until I get licensed in May (after the Rider's course courtesy of Dallas HD), but I've been riding it around the country out here in Heartland and haven't missed a day since they delivered it. I can't wait to get home every day to fire that bad boy up and cruise. I can't thank Bridge, Eric Perez, Angela and all the fine folks at Dallas HD enough. "Dallas HD has made one of my life long dreams come true!!! I have dreamed of owning a Harley my entire life and I now have one, thanks to Bridge and Dallas HD. My wife Tricia and I have been married for ten years and she promised me that at 10 years we would get us a Harley, but of course money makes it tough. I have been internet searching and visiting Harley dealerships around DFW for a couple of months now, but Tricia said let's go to Dallas HD due to a friend's recommendation. We came in focused on a Softail Classic, but Bridge and his caring attitude probed us for what we where purchasing for, re-routed us to our 2008 Road King and we could not be happier. We bought it on Wednesday and went on our first poker run Saturday and needless to say, "IT WAS A BLAST"! Bridge is an awesome person and cares about the people he is selling to, takes their interests in mind, and he is not there just to "sell the bike". "I got off work one morning after a long night shift and was killing time before a meeting with my insurance agent when I stepped into the HD shop to have something interesting to look at until the appointment. I had wanted a new Harley since I was 10, but never had the nerve to try to buy one. When the sales-guy came up to me, "Bridge" is what he goes by, he made the whole process very easy and he put me on the wheels I've been waiting for. He asked me what I was looking for, not just in a new bike, but in the whole riding experience, and he helped guide me and provided honest feedback and insight learned over 40 years of riding. From start to finish this was the best buying experience of my life, and I ended up with the bike I’ve been waiting for and the best riding in my life. The Dallas HD staff catered to every detail and I walked away with the new bike, fair and reasonable finance terms that work for me, and good gear that also improves the riding comfort. I’ve had the bike a month now and put over 1000 miles on it; I can’t wait to ride it every day and I smile when I see it in the garage. Everything Bridge told me has proven to be true, and I’m damn glad I bought it. I love to ride, I love the stares when I go by on it, my wife digs it, and all my friends and the guys at work are jealous. What else is there to want? For anyone who wants to ride, I’d send them to the Dallas HD shop in Garland; it doesn’t get any better. "

Bridge told the busy servive manager about the problem and he stopped what he was doing and took care of me. My problem was solved in less than an hour and I was on my way. "I had looked and spoke to several Harley dealereships for about a month. I kept going back to Dallas-Harley on Centerville. Everyone there is great especially my salesman I used. Rob Kellick has got to be the greatest salesman there is for Harley-Davidson. He makes you feel like he is there for you at all times. He goes out of his way to even call you on his days off to make sure if you have any questions or concerns, and helps locate exactly what you are looking for. Rob went far beyond a salesmans job and duties. I would recommend Dallas-Harley for him especially if you have questions on what bike fits you best. And the salesgirls Pinky and Carolyn are always friendly and helpful. But way to go for having Rob Kellick be there for me. I probably would not have bought my bike so soon at 56 years old if not for him. He really goes far beyond what I expected to get from a salesman. I had bought a new Yukon last year and never received the great help as Rob gave me at Dallas-Harley. I know if I have any questions about my bike, all I have to do from here on out is call or go by and see Rob and he will be there for me always -- even after he has made his sale. From Downtown and Western areas: Take I-30 east to 635North, then take the exit for Centerville/Ferguson Road. Stay in the right hand lane, and turn right inbetween the Wendy's and the AutoZone, and drive back in to the parking lot!
From Plano/Richardson/North Dallas/Carrollton: Get to 635 by whichever means is best for you (Central Expressway heading South, Dallas North Tollway south, 35 South), then Take 635 East to the Centerville/Ferguson Road Exit.
