We wanted to take a moment to once again thank you for your business at Dallas Harley-Davidson, and to let you know about an exciting new change that will be coming to your dealership. In an effort to better improve customer service to you, our customer, we have decided to fully staff our Service Department Tuesday through Saturday. In doing so, the Service Department will no longer be open on Mondays. However, Mondays will still be available for you to drop off or pick up your bike. All of our techs will be resting on Mondays, beginning July 6th to prepare for a 5 day work week.

Many dealerships throughout the nation have been using this schedule, and have been able to see great increases in customer satisfaction as a result. Our goal is to increase your satisfaction and exceed your expectations.
