Management will review requests once each month and you will be notified if your donation request has been granted. Groups that are raising funds must be for not-for-profit organizations who hold an active 501(c)(3) status, and the 501(c)(3) letter and any supporting documentation regarding your event must accompany the request for approval. Incomplete forms with any blanks or telling the reviewers to get information elsewhere rarely receive consideration.
Donations are not automatically renewed or assumed. Each submission is evaluated on a first time basis. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to all requests immediately. If we are interested in sponsoring your event/organization, we will contact you via email/phone with follow up information.
Dallas Harley-Davidson® truly appreciates that you have considered our dealership to create a relationship with your cause. We receive dozens of requests monthly, and every donation has to be able to fit within our monthly budget. To be as fair as possible, we request you download and complete our Donation Request form, which you can get by clicking on the image above. All requests must be received us at least 60 days prior to your donation being needed. No exceptions can be made to this 60 day deadline.
